Hey ben, i'm sorry to hear about this issue where pubg won't load i know it can be frustrating i'd be happy to help if you haven't done so already, i would recommend to fully power cycle your xbox and clear the cache turn off the xbox one console by pressing the xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely. Xbox one not loading games my xbox one is taking much longer than usual to load games, and in some cases, they won't load at all i'm having the issue with both installed disc games and downloaded games (fortnite) the madden game will load after a few minutes, but i can't enter any of the gameplay modes.
